We study how real physics classes actually work. We use in class data such as homework and test scores and data collected about self-reported study habits to determine how classes work.

Behavioral Self-Regulation

We were able to determine that physics students only weakly modify their behaviors in response to external stimulus.

Time-on-Task

We also studied how detailed studied behavior affected physics performance.
